Processes & Fees


Want to know what happens when you make contact with us? Read on to find out about our processes.


We will arrange a free 15 minutes introductory call within 3 working days upon receiving your contact details via our contact form or WhatsApp. The purpose of this call is for you and we to find out whether our services are a good fit for you. If our services are a good fit for you, we will email you a set of documents. You are to fill up and email back to us these documents prior to your first session with us. These documents could be:

  • Intake Form
  • Consent Form
  • Coaching Contract
  • Questionnaires


Your first session with us begins with the assessment phase. Your coach will share with you the results of the questionnaires that you had done. You may be given more questionnaires to complete if your coach find that deeper exploration is required. Apart from questionnaires, your coach will interview you to find out more about your life. For certain cases, your childhood will also be explored. The purpose of the assessment phase is to:

  • Have a clear understanding of your mental wellness goals.
  • Identify strengths that could help you achieve your mental wellness goals.
  • Look out for obstacles that hinder you from achieving your mental wellness goals.
  • Uncover the root cause of your current mental wellbeing. (For certain cases)


You will proceed to the intervention phase once your coach has finished conducting his assessment on you. Your coach will develop a mental wellness plan with you. Based on the plan, your coach will:

  • Guide you in applying your identified strengths to achieve your mental wellness goals.
  • Educate you on skills to overcome the obstacles that are hindering you from achieving your mental wellness goals.
  • Facilitate your healing from childhood events.

The purpose of the intervention phase is to:

  • Equip you to achieve your mental wellness goals.
  • Set you free from your past that is holding you back from achieving your mental wellness goals. (For certain cases)

Your journey with us ends once your mental wellness goals are achieved.

Each 50 minutes session is $130. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom.


Payment is to be made via PayNow. Our UEN Number is 53441394C. Payment is to be made within 48 hours upon booking an appointment. Your appointment will be released to other clients if you do not make payment by the deadline.

Please indicate your name as the “reference number” and WhatsApp us a screenshot of your successful payment transaction.


Rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment is to be made via WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

There will be no refund for rescheduling or cancellation made within 24 hours prior to an appointment.

There is no refund if you do not turn up for an appointment. The only exception is medical emergencies. In this case, please WhatsApp us a photo of your medical certificate within 24 hours after the missed appointment.
